Presentation Matters!

Ensure your e-communication is well laid out, visually pleasing and easy to read. Utilize white space effectively and use images to enhance your message.

Use Great Subject Lines

Great subject lines get read! Use short, catchy phrases that will capture the readers attention. Avoid using all caps, symbols or any ‘spam’ triggering keywords, to prevent your communication from ending up in the spam filter.
